How to request a refund

Email us at info@beaumontmediagroup.com with the email address you bought with and your PayPal order ID (you'll find it in the receipt PayPal sent you). We'll confirm and issue the refund through PayPal.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via PayPal. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your licence to download or use the premium edition ends, and any download links you received will stop working.
